*Location: Lexington (KY)* *Duration: 6 Months* *Delivery processing* · Picking - delivery interfaces both inbound & outbound · Packing · Goods issue · Printing & Output communications including EDI/fax/email/printout · Serial & Batch management · Billing · Good trouble shooting skills in EDI/Idoc's & PI interfaces · Good exposure in Credit management & ATP The resource would possess SAP knowledge complete Delivery process and have the ability to quickly understand any custom developments and configurations that have been made to the SAP system. · Ability to facilitate resolution of issues by working directly with key business stakeholders. · Must be able to perform root cause analysis. · Act as a liaison between the numerous IT departments both internal and external that interface data to/from and within SAP. · Develop test conditions and expected results based on the user or system requirements. · Proactively identify risk, issues and dependencies of assigned tasks/ projects. · Participates in the identification of process improvement opportunities, provide input and recommendations and assist with implementation of solutions. · Create functional specifications as needed for new developments or enhancements. *Other critical skills required of this resource include the following:* · Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. · Display proven experience with systems analysis & integration · Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed. · Demonstrates initiative and ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently. · Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage. · Ability to effectively handle pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities. · Flexible, with the capability to deliver results in a fast paced, dynamic, extremely complex environment. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
