Performance/Load Testers Richardson, TX 6 + Months *F2F REQUIRED.*** We have a need for Performance/Load Testers for a large healthcare company here in Dallas. Candidate must have excellent communication skills!! They will hire these candidates off a phone screen, but they will be required to sit onsite here in Dallas. The Load and Performance Tester must be flexible to execute either System or Performance Testing, as needed. For Performance, the tester must have experience using the Test Tool, Rational Performance Tester, and other Performance Tools to measure Response Time, Stress and Load on the System; throughput, and number of transactions processed. Ability to manage and prepare data for Performance Testing is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as excellent analysis skills for analyzing results of Performance Tests. Must also have at least three years of experience creating and executing Test Cases and Test Scripts, and creating Defects for System Testing. All testers must have experience with the Test Tool, Rational ClearQuest Test Management, to create Test Cases. Experience with the Rational Manual Test Tool for creation of Test Scripts is highly desired. SQL experience is a must; and JCL and Claims Processing/Healthcare experience is desired, but not required. Testers must be experienced using Requirements and preferably using Use Cases as well.
