Work on all phases of application development life cycle. Research, design, code, test and maintain new application on the distributed environment. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be modeled, configured, implemented, tested and debugged. Foster and maintain good relationships with Product team and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels. Problem-solve and think laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project. Skills: - Fluent in software development using Microsoft .NET C#, Web Services, WCF, SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Stored Procedure, XML, XSLT. - Experience with distributed platforms and application environments, with emphasis on Windows platform. - Experience with developing multi-tiered application development. - Experience with BizTalk 2009 or 2010 is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Offshore development experience is a plus. - SOA development experience is a plus. - Scrum development experience is a plus. 10+ years of software development; 5+ years in Microsoft .NET development.
