(5-7 years) · We need more hands on person who can code · We may not absolutely need webCenter experts but a strong J2EE developer kind of person. · Designed and Implemented Portal Solution using Oracle Web Centre. · Architecture Review, Provide Recommendations and work with the team hands-on to improve the design and help the team meet the NFR for this project NOW. · Identifying performance bottleneck and fix the issues- Target to load page in 2 sec. · Team has developed - 15 JSF Pages and 10 Portlet. · Still we have implement 25 JSF Pages + 10 Portlet in next one month.
