Title: Sr. SAS STAT Programmer
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Interview process: Phone and then face to face
We have immediate need for SAS programmer with statistical or economics background. SAS STAT 9.1 on a UNIX platform in the financial industry with credit scoring are all a must.
Responsibilities
· Model Validation and Tracking
· Adhoc analysis to support projects or policy teams
· Data manipulation and summarization
· BS/MS Degree required in economics, statistics, math or other quantitative area
· Minimum of three years experience in financial service industry in risk management and scoring
Experience
· 7-10 years of professional experience
· SAS STAT 9.1
· Strong UNIX
· Ability to create complex data models
· Score card development
· Financial industry experience and credit scoring
· Strong communication skills
