*Position : QA Analyst* *Location : BETHESDA, Maryland*
*Duration : 6 months * *Hourly rate: $35/hr * Complete Description: We are looking for a full-time person to provide quality assurance and website testing for a variety of websites. This person will interact with senior management and the product development team on a daily basis and will be a primary QA point of contact. In addition to functional testing and general product QA, this person may be involved with test automation and internal user support. Specific tasks include: functional testing, regression testing, managing product issues, and guiding test automation efforts. We are looking for somebody with a lot of initiative, hard working, and enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced environment *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Create, maintain, write and execute test plans and test cases Develop and maintain automated test scripts within a test framework Help automate test cases Generate test execution reports to management and the product team Participating in bug review processes including identifying, documenting and following through on bugs through the defect lifecycle Participating in design and specification reviews Actively participate in daily Scrums and project planning meetings Maintain and deploying builds to the test environment Support other QA team members (as needed) *QUALIFICATIONS: * - Have prior experience in functional testing and general website - product QA. - Have outstanding communications skills both written and verbal. - Have extensive experience using social networking, photo, and video sharing services online. - Enjoy challenge, learning, and working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture with smart people. - Be comfortable wearing multiple hats, be flexible, and be able to work effectively in an informal setting. - Have an exceptional level of integrity, raw intelligence, creativity, energy, and passion. - Comfortable with the Internet, technology, and learning new technologies. - Have a high standard of conscientiousness and responsiveness. - Fastidiously pay attention to detail. - Have a BS/BA degree or commensurate experience - Have knowledge of software development. - Knowledge of and ability to help drive / define QA processes. -- Thanks & Regards Sirisha Suryadevara Manager-sales &recruiting Mutex Systems, Inc 50 Cragwood Road ; Suite 224 ; South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
