This enhancement will allow authentication to Koha via client side
certificates.
This can be achieved with apache2 + mod_ssl
And the SSLVerifyClient Require directive
(Plus a lot more configuration)
Configuration for this as part of the install may fall outside the scope of
this enhancement, this will be more concerned with dealing with a user that has
been authenticated by apache in Koha
