To reproduce:
1- log into the opac, search for a book
2- enter a review in the "comments" tab
3- go to the admin tools and approve the comment
4- go back to the book, "comments" tab and click edit
5- alter the review and submit it
6- go to the admin tools and click on comments (it's not there to approve)
