Summary: Unable to filter out actions made by kohaadmin

Problem description:
1. Go to Tools --> Log viewer
2. Put 0 as Librarian (for admin / kohaadmin etc.)
3. Set other parameters, like dates, action etc.
4. Click Submit and see logs
You should see log entries not only of admin (0), but also of other librarians.
(If you do not see anything, this can be because of the Bug 6460 -- then
choose action like Add or apply the patch for 6460).
A simple patch for the problem described here will come.
