In which order should we apply them ? However, I like the patch and the idea. But unless i've missed something it's not related to "refactor rebuild_zebra.pl" because there's nothing to do with rebuild_zebra. It's more "reintroduce a zebra daemon, and provide tools that will enable us later to refactor rebuild_zebra.pl".
