Over time it has become possible to alter what koha-create does in several
ways: the default config file, custom config files pointed to by the
--configfile option, as well as specific command line options for --defaultsql,
--marcflavor and --zebralang.
It might be a good idea to have koha-create outoput a summary of what
parameters were actually used, to avoid surprises. My preference is to do this
as the default, but it could also be hidden behind a --verbose flag.
