I am trying to imagine a good way to show the reason why the link is not available, but I have no good idea right now. If you don't show the link for existing subscriptiosn I will sign-off. 5) I like the idea for hold cancellation messages. But to sign-off on this patch I think it would be ok if you check for existing holds, give an alert and refuse to delete the order in that case.
