Use case: When doing check ins manually in circulation desk library users often
want to get confirmation that they have returned all loans. I therefore propose
that addition of a counter on returns.pl that shows how many remaining loans
the current patron has. That way it's easy to give that reassuring "And that
was the last one on your account"
