Acquisitions vendor search on top vendor returns a 6,500 line table (takes a
while to load). I understand this is a consequence of legacy workflow that
didn't close baskets, but is similar to clicking "show all baskets."
"Show all baskets" should paginate large tables, or limit on other criterion,
such as only showing a year at a time. This giant table is clunky and hard to
work with.
