Spotted a typo in the first patch: Any world (all indexes) --> word perhaps :) A question on the DOM patch: Any is now a subset of Anywhere, which is good. But I am not sure if everybody wants Anywhere by default (in terms of space, performance or privacy). Could we make it an installation choice somehow?
