It would be nice to have a tool to batch delete biblio records that did not
depend on items. So you choose to match on the biblionumber, 001 or the 035,
load a csv or text file in (or paste a list of numbers) and it lets you delete.
It should ask if you want to delete bib records with items attached before it
runs.
