We have a number of libraries experiencing the following error:
Date::Calc::Add_Delta_YM(): not a valid date at
/home/koha/kohaclone/C4/Serials.pm line 2626, <DATA> line 522.
When we investigate it appears that there is no serial.planneddate value. It
is either NULL or there is no entry in the serial table for the subscriptionid.
It appears that Koha is not handling 'bad data' well in the serials module in
this case.
