There is a small visual bug with the alert divs that I'm hoping Owen can take a look at. As far as the your functionality test, I think Cindy can speak more to its accuracy, but it helps to think of the the rotating collections as something of a floating collection. For this reason, automatic transfers are disabled for rotating items. If you need to transfer an item, you must use the transfer tool from the circulation page. Does that make sense?
