Our In-House feature to automatically modify incoming MARC records based on the
Provider indentified from the field 003.
NOT FOR INLCUSION TO MASTER, SIMPLY SHARING THE CODE!
unless someone wants to push this ;)
Using in prod for a few months already waiting for your MARC modification
templates.
