When OnSite checkouts are enabled and the checkbox is checked, you should not
be able to use the "Clear" button button on specified due date.
To recreate:
1 - Enable OnSiteCheckouts sys pref
2 - bring up a patron
3 - check the 'On-site checkout' box
4 - Note the 'Specify due date' field is prefilled with today's date
5 - Click the clear button, date is cleared
6 - Checkout an item and note regular circ rules are followed
This behavior is also present when OnSiteCheckoutsForce is enabled and you are
checking out to a restricted patron
