For an registered patron, the page /cgi-bin/koha/opac-memberentry.pl displays
his personal details and allow him to ask for a change.
In this page mandatory fields are wrong. It uses
PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField instead of BorrowerMandatoryField.
