Not just with the Cancel All, but with individual cancels.

Specifically, I found the following:

* Transfers without holds do not generate any kind of slip or notice.
* Transfers with hold at another location
  - Show the home library instead of the pickup library on the button.
  - Displays a notice to check the item in to fill the hold.
  - After pressing OK on the above message, a transfer is initiated, but there
is no way to know.  No slip or message.
  - When you check the item in, you see a transfer in progress for the above
action to the patron the item is on hold for to the pickup library.  You also
get a notice of the hold, and the option to trigger it.  So it is pulling
double duty and double messages to go to the same place.
* The Cancel all button is dangerous, if you don't have the items in hand. 
This should have a preference or permission.
