The reprt scheduling tool in the staff client currently only allow formats of
'text' or 'URL'.
Other formats are available from the command line, including HTML, CSV, TSV..
these should also be exposed in the scheduling tool from the staff client.
To test,
1) Navigate to: Home › Reports › Guided reports wizard › Saved reports
2) Select for any saved report: Actions › Schedule
3) Open 'Output format' dropdown, only 'text' and 'URL' are available
