The new function to remove the lost status from the item edit form is confusing
to librarians because they can still mark and item lost on the add item form. I
know this can be hidden in the framework, but it seems like this should be
hidden from both the add and the edit item form by default if we want to make
it clear that you can't mark an item lost this way anymore.
