When I try to update the additional attributes via the 'edit' link under them
on the patron details page, I get the following error.
The following fields are wrong. Please fix them.
Username/password already exists.
It works when you click on the Edit button near the top of the page.
It was working in 3.18.02 and is now failing in 3.18.03
