Strange additional tab in suggestion management
Saving a suggestion without setting a status results in an additional tab that
contains all of the suggestions.
To reproduce:
1) Create some suggestions with different statuses.
2) Go to the suggestion list view (suggestion/suggestion.pl)
3) In datatable, check one of the suggestions.
4) Leave dropdown "Status" on "--Choose a status --" and click "Submit"
Result: Edited suggestion is no longer visible in this tab. Suggestion list
view gets a strange new tab with count of all suggestions as header and
containing all of suggestions (including edited suggestion).

What I would expect:
Some warning "Please choose a status"
or better
Update record without status change if a Reason but no status is given.
