I have just finished an install of 3.18. When I try to access the staff screen
(http:bclib-intra.mydomain.org:8080) I receive the offline for maintenance
screen. Since it is my first install in 3 or 4 years I don't know if I am
missing some install doc or a configuration step??? Thanks in advance for your
help.
