The suggested placement at 1366x768 resolution
The OPAC language switcher takes up a lot of space at the bottom of the
browser. it also has issues of being not always visible (being worked on by
Bernardo - http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11057).
Discussed this with @bgkriegel and @drojf on #koha. The common opinion seemed
to be that this might not be a bad idea to explore, provided it doesn't blow up
on handhelds.
