Bug 13437 re-enabled the warnings pragma for marc21 plugins (since we do no
longer need to suppress the redefine warnings).
This introduces a number of warnings from these plugins that should be
addressed now.
If you find such a warning in your logs and it is not yet mentioned here,
please add (the warning message and/or a patch :)
