There appears to be a better alternative "Text::Unaccent::PurePerl" for
"Text::Unaccent". I guess we should use this.
This Text::Unaccent has some issues on 64 bit Cent OS perhaps due to its
dependancy on libiconv.
I see that this module is not used in many places and thus, update of code is
easy. However, considerable testing will be required.
