- From circulation screen attempt to renew an item with a rental fee
- Note that fees and charges aren't updating: e.g.
the circulation screen should read under
Attention:
Fees & Charges: Patron has Outstanding fees & charges of "x" amount. Make
payment.
- Note "x" amount has not increase
- All fees/fines appear not to be updating
