After a fresh package install of 3.18 or 3.20 and going through the web
interface to finish the install and get a default setup, the keyboard shortcuts
for the tabs on the staff interface work fine.
After loading the database from our current system (3.06.04.00) and upgrading
the database, the shortcut keys select the wrong tabs.
On the start page (mainpage.pl):
Alt+u = Search the catalog
Alt+r = Check out
Alt+q = Search patrons
On circulation-home.pl:
Alt+q = Check in and the other two keys are the same.
I think the keys selecting different tabs on different pages were caused by bug
14829 (http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14829) but I
can't figure out why the keys are wrong on all pages.
I've tried upgrading the database through the web interface and using
koha-upgrade-schema. Both give me the same results
