itemnumber on fines summary
When you create a manual invoice it shows the itemnumber (see attached). It
should be the barcode which is what people expect to see.
PS. I could have sword I reported a bug for this, but I can't find it so I'm
sorry for the duplicate if you happen to find my original bug report.
