After Bug 14354, when user without permission to edit items, goes to page:
/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=xxx, table with item info is
corrupted. See screenshot attached.
Looks like additional '<td>', are unnecessary.
A patch will follow.
