Many librarians would like to see the staff quick catalog search have a
pulldown of search types similar to what the OPAC has.
We should add new system preference IntranetCatalogSearchPulldown to control
the feature which if enabled, would include search_indexes.inc to left of
catalog search text box.
We could also forgo the system preference and instead give the search box a
class or id so it would be hidden easily with css.
