It should be mocking the DB, but...
To reproduce:
- Run the test:
$ prove t/Circulation_barcodedecode.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass
- Shut mysql down
$ sudo service mysql stop
- Run the test:
$ prove t/Circulation_barcodedecode.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail due to missing DB connection
