When you view a list in the OPAC, you do not have an option to select item(s)
and add to cart or another existing list. The staff side list area has both
options.
To recreate:
1) Go to Staff side of Koha
2) Create a list
3) View list
4) Note that the options to Add to Cart/other lists is available.
5) Go to OPAC
6) View list previously created
7) Note that the options to Add to Cart/other lists is not available.
