This one is crazy, prepare yourself to dream.
For any pages opened from the staff or the OPAC interfaces, the
GetMemberDetails is called from get_template_and_user.
This subroutine calls GetMemberAccountRecords which retrieve the items infos
for all accountlines entries of the logged in user.
