Currently the estimated delivery date appears to be calculated from the date of
the basket was closed and the delivery time defined for the bookseller.
Sometimes the library will want to change this date by order line, as it's
known that the item will have a later delivery date and they don't want it to
be shown on the late orders page.
There is currently no way to achieve this as we don't store a delivery date in
the order. It would be nice if there was a way to overwrite the calculated
delivery date with a manual one.
