The follwing sentence is splitted by tags:
Changes made below will only apply to item subfields that are mapped to the
items table.
That leads to odd translations like (in German):
Untenstehende Änderungen werden nur für Unterfelder berücksichtigt die gemappt
und der Exemplare Tabelle.
