In some scenarios, like in a union catalog setting, it can happen that records
need to be merged automatically. In order to make this possible, it would be
nice if there was a script to use Koha's features for merging records from the
command line.
To keep it simple, as a first step it should allow to merge 1 or more records
with a winning record without the option to select some fields from the
non-winning records.
