The template file for opac-MARCdetail.pl uses a bibliotitle parameter, which is
set regardless of the 'advanced constraints' settings of 245$a (which is linked
to biblio.title see GetMarcFromKohaField). This patch will correct
opac-MARCdetail.pl accordingly.
