Extend Bug 10773 - Add item-level descriptions for Label Printing to Quick
spine label creator.
In Bug 10773, we added "ccode_description", "homebranch_description",
"holdingbranch_description", "location_description", and
"permanent_location_description" as possible fields in the label creator,
extending "ccode", "homebranch", "holdingbranch", "location", and
"permanent_location". The "*_description" fields were lookups for the base
values in authorised_values.
The *_description fields should also be allowed in the SpineLabelFormat system
preference, and should be honored in the Quick spine label creator.
