When OpacMaintenance is ON the HTML contents of OpacMaintenanceNotice will be displayed. Enabling OpacMaintenance is all that is required to enable this preference. If OpacMaintenanceNotice is undefined, the default (original) notice will appear when OpacMaintenance is enabled.
