MARC21 authorities are indexed by Zebra using DOM or GRS1 filter. DOM is
better. For example, it offer a full support of @ATTR 6=3 (field content
completeness). Without this attribute, accurate authority headings matching is
impossible.
MARC21 DOM filter must be ported to UNIMARC.
