REPLICATE ISSUE:
1. Check-out an Item from branch A
2. Change loggedinbranch to branch B
3. Initiate a branchtransfer from branch B to branch C
4. Observe the Item's holdingbranch to be branch A.
If one sends the Item from branch B to branch C, how can it's last
branch where it was detected be branch A?
It should be branch B since that is where the Item currently physically is.
