This page adds it to two views: The list of lists, and the page for adding to a list. To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Patron lists. - Confirm that this page has the tools sidebar menu. - On any existing list click Actions -> Add patrons. - Confirm that the page has the tools sidebar menu.
