A while back, I asked on the listserv if anyone had experimented with writing a
script that would attach a PDF to the New Patron data email when it goes out.
I am thinking specifically about attaching a PDF of library policies to that
specific notification.
I still think this is a good idea.
I think it's helpful to be able to upload documents to patron records.
But it might be a good idea if we could also attach documents - at least
standard documents to standard/default e-mails.
What kinds of tools, scripts or functionality would have to be added for this
idea to be put into a future release?
