Is this really necessary ? We could just wrap the strings into calls to Koha::I18N::gettext(). I didn't see much enthusiasm about having translatable strings in .pl/.pm (cf. bug 11904) but I think it's one of the cases that could greatly benefit from Koha::I18N. > 3) How can you edit a routing list description?
