In the authority MARC subfield structure administration template there is some
markup for displaying "next" and "previous" buttons if the number of subfields
is very large. This code is very old (input type='image'!) and are probably
never triggered.
This markup and the corresponding code in the script should be removed. This
change was already made to admin/marc_subfields_structure.tt years ago.
